Unable to Submit a Form Using a QR Code Off-Site

Users accessing a form through a QR code may be unable to complete or submit it if they are not within the required location range. This happens when the system cannot verify that the user is close enough to the site where the QR code was generated.

For security reasons, public QR codes are restricted to a limited distance (within approximately 1 km of the location). This helps prevent unauthorised access, as QR codes can easily be shared or forwarded to others.

If a user is outside the permitted range, the system will block access to the form. This is a standard security feature designed to protect the system from misuse.
