The Subcontractor Evaluations Module

The Subcontractor Evaluations Module is used to document subcontractor performance and safety practices. Carrying out and documenting subcontractor evaluations helps to ensure subcontractor compliance and safety. Subcontractor evaluation forms can be configured to include the relevant details about evaluations.

Documenting Subcontractor Evaluations

When initially adding a subcontractor evaluation, the system requires basic information about the evaluation, such as the subcontractor and subcontractor type. When this information is added, an administrator fills out the evaluation form that is applied to the subcontractor evaluation type. Forms can be configured using the ‘Form Builder’ module.

When creating subcontractor evaluation types, the role that is selected can access and fill out the subcontractor evaluation.

Subcontractor Evaluation Approval, Status and Score

Administrators can approve and reject subcontractor evaluations. This is done to ensure evaluations are fully and accurately documented.

The subcontractor evaluation statuses that show are:

  • Completed – the required forms have been filled and the subcontractor evaluation is approved
  • Not Completed – the required forms need to be completed
  • Rejected – the subcontractor evaluation was rejected by an administrator

Evaluation scores are configured using the Form Builder functionality. When evaluation forms are completed, the evaluation total score can be accessed from the Subcontractor Evaluations main page, and by clicking on existing subcontractor evaluations.

History

The system documents the history of subcontractor evaluations which can be accessed by administrators.
