Configuring the System: Contractor Compliance
The EHS system is designed to monitor Contractor Compliance. It does this by comparing set compliance requirements (for example documents that must be submitted) with each individual contractor company's level of compliance with these set requirements. If compliance issues arise, the system can automatically notify both the contractor representative and the client administrator by sending automated notifications that can be scheduled to be sent at customisable intervals before and after the issue arises.
When configuring the system for compliance monitoring, it is important that all required information is correctly added to the system. This includes the documents that are to be used to monitor compliance, the administrators who will assist in monitoring compliance and also the notifications that are to be sent in case of non-compliance. Furthermore, the system dashboards that show the compliance status of the contractors in the system should also be set up.
