Why Has the Equipment Status Not Updated to ‘Safe to Use’?
During an inspection, the system automatically defaults to the status selected during the previous inspection. For example, if ‘Not Safe to Use’ was selected previously, this status will remain selected by default during the next inspection. To ensure the correct status is recorded, you must manually select the appropriate status button when completing a new inspection.
