If certain action options are no longer visible when viewing items in a table, it may be due to the column display settings for that view.
Many system tables allow users to customise which columns are visible. Some actions, such as editing records or accessing additional options, are contained within a specific column (often called Actions). If this column has been hidden, the related options will no longer appear in the table.
To resolve this, open the Edit Columns option which is located in the top-right corner of the table. From there, review the list of available columns and ensure that the Actions column is enabled. Once it is activated, the action options should become visible again.
Adjusting the column settings restores access to the additional controls associated with each item in the table.
