How Do I Assign Project Managers to Projects?

You can assign project managers to projects in the 'Projects' module on the system.

  1. On the left column, go to 'Projects'.
  2. Click on the project you want to assign the manager to.
  3. In the ‘Project Managers’ section, click 'Allocate/Deallocate Project Managers'.
  4. Two sections will show ‘Select to Add’ and ‘Select to Remove’ with a list of managers.
  5. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all managers, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all managers, click on the red ‘x’ at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click 'Close'.
  10. The managers you have selected will now be assigned to the project.
