Vehicle Documents Explained

Vehicle documents can be assigned to vehicles types to ensure compliance requirements are met. When setting up a new vehicle, the type is selected, which determines which documents are assigned to the vehicle, as the document types are applied accordingly.

The Vehicle Document Types functionality provides options for configuring and managing vehicle documentation (this can be found in the Settings menu).

Vehicle Documents include:

1. General Documents – Standard documents required for all vehicles.
2. Vehicle Documents – Documents specific to a particular vehicle.

Vehicle Document Types include file upload, digitised form filling and read & receipt documents.
