Why Is There Only One Signature on an SSWP?
If only one signature appears on an SSWP, it’s because the option: “I am the only person required to sign this SSWP. I confirm that I am both Supervisor and Employee” is selected. When this box is checked, only the supervisor’s signature is required.
How to Require Additional Signatures
- On the left column, go to SSWPs.
- Click on the relevant SSWP.
- In the Supervisor Signature section, untick the box stating that you are the only person required to sign.
- You will then be able to select which participating employees must sign the SSWP.
