Employee Induction Not Visible on the Training Matrix


If you are unable to see Employee Induction completions on the Training Matrix - even after applying filters - this is usually related to how filtering works within the matrix view. When you apply a filter by Location or Department, the system automatically filters both the X and Y axes of the matrix. This means the matrix will only display:

  1. Employees assigned to the selected Location or Department (Y-axis), and


  1. Requirements that are also assigned to that same Location or Department (X-axis).


If the Employee Induction is not assigned to the selected Location or Department, it will not appear in the matrix. As a result, the X-axis may appear blank, even though employees have completed the induction.


To resolve this issue, you can either remove the Location/Department filter to view all requirements, or ensure that the Employee Induction is assigned to the relevant Location or Department so that it appears when filters are applied.
