If a user recently completed the Manual Handling (Theory) course but it is already showing as expired - and appears as not completed for the administrator - this is expected system behaviour.
The Manual Handling (Theory) course generates a passport certificate that is valid for three months only. After three months, the course automatically resets and the status changes, requiring the user to complete it again. The user must retake the course to renew the certificate.
Viewing Previous Completions
Historic completions can be viewed in Event Reports, where past course activity and completion records are stored.
If further clarification is needed, reviewing the user’s timeline in Event Reports will confirm the original completion date.
