Why am I Unable to View an Employees Induction Status?


An employee’s induction may not be visible in the LMS for another user if access is restricted. While the induction is completed and recorded in both EHS and LMS, visibility depends on the viewer’s role and location access.


Possible causes:

  1. The user trying to view the induction has limited access (e.g., a Location Administrator) and can only see employees assigned to their location.
  2. The employee may not be assigned to the same location as the viewer, restricting visibility.


Check the location and role of the user trying to view the induction. If they are a Location Administrator, they will only have access to employees assigned to their location. Ensure that the employee is assigned to the same location accessible by the viewer. Once access is confirmed, the induction status will be visible, and the certificate can be downloaded directly from the LMS Courses page.
