Why am I Unable to View an Employees Induction Status?
An employee’s induction may not be visible in the LMS for another user if access is restricted. While the induction is completed and recorded in both EHS and LMS, visibility depends on the viewer’s role and location access.
Possible causes:
Check the location and role of the user trying to view the induction. If they are a Location Administrator, they will only have access to employees assigned to their location. Ensure that the employee is assigned to the same location accessible by the viewer. Once access is confirmed, the induction status will be visible, and the certificate can be downloaded directly from the LMS Courses page.
