Why are Completed Courses No Longer Showing as Assigned?


Users may find that courses they have already completed no longer appear under their assigned training. This typically happens when their system role has been modified and the course associated with that role has been removed. When this occurs, the course is automatically unassigned from the employee. To correct this, administrators can simply reassign the course to the employee.
