Vehicle QR Codes Not Working in App


QR codes in the vehicle module may not display any information if the user scanning them is not assigned as a driver or owner of the vehicle. While users with the vehicle assigned to them can access inspections directly without the QR code, others will not see anything when scanning.


Ensure the employee is added to the list of assigned drivers or owners for the vehicle. Once assigned, the vehicle can be inspected correctly. When using the QR code, remember to select the appropriate inspection form from the dropdown to proceed with the inspection.
