If a user receives the message “You do not have access. Your account is disabled. Please contact your administrator” when trying to log in, it usually means their profile has been archived in the system.
Archived users cannot access the platform or complete training until their account is recovered. To resolve this issue, go to the People section and open the Archived users list. Locate the user’s profile and select the option to Recover the account.
Once the user has been recovered, they will be able to log in to the system again and continue with their induction or other required tasks.
