Sometimes a user may have a certificate showing they completed their course, but the system still displays the training as incomplete or shows a “Missing Prerequisites” status. This usually happens when a refresher process is only partially completed.
In some cases, the user may have completed the prerequisite documentation and the initial course. Before the course expired, they returned to the system and completed the refresher induction course, which is why they received a certificate confirming completion.
However, the system may still show “Missing Prerequisites” if the refresher prerequisite documentation was not submitted. For the refresher course to be fully valid, the user must also complete the required prerequisite form.
To resolve the issue, the user should log back into the system and complete the required prerequisite documentation. Once this is submitted, the induction status will update and the requirement will be completed.
