Subcontractors may complete inductions and see 100% completion, but still appear non-compliant in the system. This usually happens because employee compliance and subcontractor approval are separate processes.
Completing an induction alone does not automatically approve the subcontractor. For the subcontractor to be approved, all required documents must be uploaded and approved. These documents can be managed in the Subcontractors → Matrix section of the system.
