App Login Showing “Not Found” Error


If a user has been successfully using the App and is suddenly logged out, but then cannot log back in and receives a “Not Found” error, while still being able to log in through the Portal, the issue is typically related to how the username is being entered in the App.


In many cases, this happens due to an accidental space being added before or after the username. Even a single extra space at the end of the username will cause the App to reject the login attempt and return a “Not Found” message, as the system treats it as a different username.


To resolve this issue, carefully retype the username manually rather than using auto-fill. Ensure there are no spaces before or after the username. It is particularly important to check for a trailing space at the end.


Once the extra space is removed and the username is entered correctly, the user should be able to log into the App successfully.
