Expired Certificates Showing as Completed


If a certificate has expired but the course shows as completed, this usually means the course status has not yet been refreshed on the user’s view.


Once a course expires, its status automatically changes to “Not Started Yet.” When this happens, the learner must complete the course again in order to receive an updated certificate.


If the course is not showing as available to retake, logging out and back into the portal can help refresh the status. If the issue continues, further review of the user’s training record may be required.
