Any modifications made to an existing form will apply only to reports submitted after those changes have been saved. It is not possible to retrospectively add new fields to accident reports that have already been submitted. Each report remains permanently associated with the version of the form that was in effect at the time of submission.
If a newly added field must be included in a previously submitted report, the form must first be updated and saved. The report will then need to be completed and submitted again using the revised form.
