To access the required inductions, users need to switch to the Learning Management System (LMS) within the platform.
Although the courses are correctly assigned and visible to administrators, drivers may not see them if they are viewing a different module (such as EHS or another system area). The inductions are hosted specifically in the LMS module.
Resolution Steps:
Once in the LMS view, the assigned inductions should be visible and available to complete. If the courses still do not appear after switching to the LMS, further investigation may be required.
