The Job Files section is a general, publicly accessible area within the Job. It is intended for shared documentation that is visible to all users assigned to the Job. Documents uploaded here do not trigger the RAMS approval process and therefore will not appear in the review or approval queue.
For a RAMS document to be available for review and approval, it must be uploaded to the Subcontractor Job Uploads section. This section is specifically designed to manage subcontractor compliance documentation and ensures the document enters the correct approval workflow.
