Subcontractor Receiving “User Not Found” Error When Logging In


If a subcontractor receives a “user not found” error when trying to log in, it is usually because they are clicking “Forgot Password” before completing their account registration.

Since the account has not yet been registered, there is no password set up in the system.


The subcontractor must:

  1. Open the invitation email that was sent to them.
  2. Click the link in that email.
  3. Complete the registration process to create their password.

Only after registration is complete can they use the Forgot Password option if needed.
