User Unable to Create Jobs or Assign Site Supervisors


A user may be unable to set up jobs or assign site supervisors if there is no Sites Administrator configured in the system. Even if the user’s profile appears correct and they can access the "Sites" module, job creation cannot be completed because the system requires a Contract Job Administrator to be selected from a dropdown.


To resolve:

  1. Assign the user the Sites Administrator role, either on their existing account or a secondary account.
  2. Once the role is in place, the user will be able to create jobs and assign site supervisors as needed.


This ensures that jobs can be fully set up and managed within the system.
