Sometimes a user may confirm that they have completed their training and can see their certificates, but the records may not appear in the reports viewed by administrators. This can happen when the organisation has not yet been fully onboarded to the new LMS.
If onboarding to the new LMS is still in progress, the data shown there may only be a temporary snapshot and may not reflect the most up-to-date training records. As a result, recently completed courses may not appear correctly in the new system’s reports.
In these cases, training records should be checked in the old LMS, where the full and accurate records are still maintained until the onboarding process to the new LMS is complete. Once the transition is finalised, the new LMS will display the complete and current training data.
