I am Receiving Notifications that are not Intended for me
When creating a new notification, you have the option to select ‘Administrators’ on the system. All General Administrators will receive the notification when this option is selected.
Other options can be selected that are specific to project and location administrators.
When selecting location or project administrators, three options will appear that can be selected:
It is also important to ensure users are correctly assigned to locations and projects, so that they can be correctly selected when the notification is being created.
There is also a functionality in many of the modules that can be found in the ‘Actions’ column. This functionality allows users to send emails to people on the system by clicking 'Send Email'. From time to time, this may happen accidentally as the user may have selected the functionality beside the wrong name and a user on the system will receive emails or notifications that have not been intended for them. This can be clarified by communicating with an administrator.
