Why are Duplicate Employee Records Appearing?


Duplicate warnings appear when a new account is created for an employee who already exists in the system, even if their previous account is archived. The system generates this warning to indicate that a similar record - active or archived - is already present.


To access archived employees:

  1. On the left column, go to People.
  2. Click Archived at the top of the page.
  3. This page shows a list of all archived employees on the system.
