How Do I Configure a Risk Assessment Control Measure?
It is important to implement Risk Assessment Control Measures to ensure that appropriate processes are in place to help reduce both the severity and likelihood of a risk.
When adding a Risk Assessment to the system, you have the option to add control measures, which reduces the hazard severity and likelihood.
This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to configure a Risk Assessment Control Measure.
- On the left side menu, click Settings, click R. Assessment Libraries.
- Click +Add Controls.
- Enter the Control Name and Description.
- Enter the Reduce Severity and Reduce Likelihood of the risk.
- Select the Icon from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name, description, hazard severity and reduced and icon.
