How Do I Configure Trainee Document Types?
Adding trainee document types to a system is essential for organising, managing, and retrieving trainee-related documents efficiently.
- On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Trainee Document Types.
- Click New Trainee Document Type.
- Enter the name and description.
- Select the Entity and Document Type from the dropdown options.
- The following options can be selected:
- Required – the document is required for compliance
- Only .pdf are allowed – only .pdf file types are allowed
- Private – the document is only viewable by an administrator
- Expiry Required – an expiry date is required
- Enter the months and days default expiry date.
- Click Save & Submit.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work.
