How Do I Configure an Intervention Type?
Interventions are recorded in the system to document any issues or maintenance involving machinery. Adding an Intervention Type to the system can help categorise the Intervention.
- On the left column, go to Settings and click Intervention Types.
- Click New Intervention Type.
- Enter the Name and Description.
- You can input a header image of the intervention by clicking the plus button.
- Tick the options to Allow Subcontractors and/or Simple Risk Assessments.
- Select the Intervention Step(s) from the dropdown options.
- Enter the maximum number of Energies, Characters of Instruction and Minimum Number of Characters of Instruction.
- Select the Form from the dropdown options.
- Click Save & Submit.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name and intervention steps.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description, image, number of energies, characters and form.
This is required before you can add an Intervention Type:
- Set up Intervention Steps
- Create the digitised form
