How Do I Configure an Audit Classification?


Audits are carried out across the workplace to assess compliance and evaluate health and safety practices, ensuring a safe environment for everyone within the organisation. When creating an Audit Classification, you assign it an Audit Type, which automatically includes the necessary forms and target score when adding the Audit to the system.


This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to configure an Audit Classification.


  1. On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Audit Types.
  2. Click +New Audit Classification.
  3. Enter the Name and Description of the audit classification.
  4. Select the Audit Type from the dropdown options.
  5. Click Save & Submit.


This is required before you can add an Audit Classification:

  1. Create the Audit Type


  1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name and audit type.


  1. A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description.
