Automatic Scheduling


The system includes an Automatic Scheduling option that allows certain module items to be recreated automatically.

The scheduling time must be configured in the Types section for each module before Automatic Scheduling can be applied, as the type is selected when the item is added to the system. This option can only be applied to existing items.


Modules that can be scheduled automatically:

  1. Employee Evaluations
  2. Employee Check Sheets
  3. Audits
  4. Plant and Vehicle Inspections


To configure automatic scheduling times:

  1. On the left menu, go to Settings.
  2. Click on the relevant Type.
  3. Enter the Period Months and Period Days.
  4. Click Save & Submit.


To automatically schedule an existing item:

  1. On the left menu, click the relevant module.
  2. Click on the item you wish to automatically schedule.
  3. In the Details section, tick the box Automatic Scheduling
  4. Click Save & Submit.


The item will be automatically added to the system once the scheduled time has been reached.
