How Do I Configure an Issue & Opportunity Classification?


Issues and Opportunities can be recorded in the system to help identify workplace problems and highlight areas for improvement. When configuring an Issue and Opportunity Classification, you assign a specific type to it. This type is then selected when entering a new Issue or Opportunity into the system.


This article includes step-by-step instructions on how to configure an Issue & Opportunity Classification.


  1. On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Issue & Opportunity Types.
  2. Click +New Issue & Opportunity Classification.
  3. Enter the Name, and Description of the classification.
  4. Choose the Issue & Opportunity Type from the dropdown options.
  5. Click Save & Submit.
