How Do I Configure an Issue & Opportunity Classification?


An Issue and Opportunity can be recorded in the system to assist in identifying any problems within the workplace and in highlighting areas for improvement. Including an Issue and Opportunity Classification when adding is beneficial as it categorises the Issue and Opportunity.


  1. On the left side menu, go to Settings and click Issue & Opportunity Types.
  2. Click New Issue & Opportunity Classification.
  3. Enter the Name, and Description.
  4. Choose the Issue & Opportunity Type from the dropdown options.
  5. Click Save & Submit.
