The Fault Reports Module is designed to document faults that occur with machinery, ensuring that detailed records are kept for both initial issues and investigations. This module helps track faults and provides the necessary documentation for analysis, investigation, and maintenance follow-up.
Fault Report Types categorise the faults and help define the scope of the report. When creating a Fault Report, assigning a Type automatically includes the necessary Initial and Investigation Report Forms.

This will take you to the section you wish to add more of, i.e. if you want to add more initial report forms and investigation report forms to the system - be cautious that when you click this button, the details you have entered will be deleted.
