The Training Effectiveness Module


Documenting training effectiveness allows administrators to monitor learner progress and show the courses that need improvement. 


There are three steps that need to be completed to document training effectiveness:


  1. Initial set up – select the relevant trainee from the dropdown options.
  2. Documenting the training review - the review is documented by a manager. This step includes selecting ‘Yes/No’ for the courses that need improvement, and adding comments. The manager’s signature is required for each competency improvement selected.
  3. Trainee signature – the trainee is required to sign the review. This can be done by logging into their portal and going to the Training Effectiveness module.



Training Effectiveness Statuses

The training effectiveness statuses that show are:

  • Awaiting Review – a manager needs to review the training effectiveness
  • Awaiting Manager Signature - a manager needs to sign the competency improvement answers
  • Awaiting Trainee Signature – the selected trainee needs to sign the review
  • Completed – the training effectiveness has been reviewed and signed by the manager and trainee and is completed.


History

The system documents the history of training effectiveness reviews for each trainee which can be accessed by administrators.
