Trainee Documents Explained


Trainee documentation reflects the company’s compliance requirements. Trainee documents can be created within the system without limitations and are configured and monitored at various levels. The Trainee Document Types functionality provides options for configuring and managing trainee documentation (this can be found in the Settings menu).


Documents are assigned to trainees to ensure that compliance requirements are met. When setting up a new trainee, the selected options determine which documents are assigned, as the relevant document types are applied accordingly.


Trainee Documents include:

  1. Employee Training Documents – Documents specific to employee training.
  2. Employee Documents – Documents specific to employees.


Trainee Document Types include file upload, digitised form filling and read & receipt documents.
