How Do I Assign Locations to Trainee Document Types?

 

Locations can be assigned to trainee document types to link locations to the trainee document type.


  1. On the left column, go to 'Settings' and click ‘Trainee Document Types’.
  2. Click on the trainee document type you want to assign locations to.
  3. Scroll down to the ‘Locations’ section.
  4. Click ‘Allocate/Deallocate Locations’.
  5. Two sections will show ‘Select to Add’ and ‘Select to Remove’ with a list of locations, tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  6. You also have the option to select all, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  7. To deselect all, click on the red ‘X’ at the top of the page.
  8. Click the arrow button.
  9. Click 'Close'.


  • The locations you have selected are now assigned to the trainee document type.
