How Do I Enrol a Learner in a Course?

Administrators can manually enrol learners onto a course via the Courses module or the People module within the system. Learners may also be enrolled automatically if the course has been assigned to a project, location, or role to which the users are also assigned, and the course is marked as required.


To Enrol a Learner to a Course From the Courses Module:

  1. On the left column, go to Courses.
  2. Click on the course you want to enrol the learner(s).
  3. Click on the course Certificates tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Trainees section.
  5. Click Assign/Unassign Trainees Manually.
  6. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of people.
  7. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  8. You also have the option to select all people, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  9. To deselect all people, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  10. Click the arrow button.
  11. Click Close.


To Enrol a Learner to a Course From the People Module:

  1. On the left column, go to People.
  2. Click on the learner you want to enrol.
  3. Scroll down to Courses.
  4. Click Assign/Unassign Courses Manually.
  5. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of people.
  6. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
  7. You also have the option to select all courses, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
  8. To deselect all courses, click on the red X at the top of the page.
  9. Click the arrow button.
  10. Click Close.
