How Do I Access Archived Courses on the System?

All previously archived courses can be accessed and recovered on the system by administrators.

1. On the left column, go to Courses.
2. Click Archived in the top right corner.
3. This page will show a list of archived courses, and information about the courses:
4. The course name.
5. The number of people assigned to the course.
6. Course category.
7. Course tags.
8. Actions.
9. In the action’s column, you have the options to recover and delete the courses.
10. Note that by clicking Delete, this will permanently delete a course and it cannot be recovered.

By clicking on a course, you can view information about the course which can help you decide if you would like to recover the course:

1. Course general details
2. Rules and order of the lessons and assessments
3. Information about the course completion
4. Trainees that have been assigned to the course
5. Lessons - In this section, you can view the course content by clicking Preview.
6. Final examinations
