How Do I Reset a Course Assessment?

From time to time, learners may fail a course assessment. In such cases, the failed assessment will need to be reset before it can be retaken.

The following step-by-step guide outlines the process for resetting a learner’s failed assessment:

1. On the left column, click Courses.
2. Click on the relevant course.
3. Click on the course Certificates tab.
4. In the Trainees section, click Reset beside the relevant learner name.
5. Select the option Reset Assessments.
6. Click Save & Submit.
