How Do I Add and Remove an Examination from a Course?

Once you’ve created a course on the system, you have the option to add or remove examinations. These examinations will appear for users upon completion of the course.

1. On the left column, go to Courses.
2. Click on the course you wish to add/remove the Examination.
3. Click on the Certificates tab.
4. Scroll down to the Final Examinations section.
5. Click Add/Remove Examinations.
6. Two sections will show Select to Add and Select to Remove with a list of examinations.
7. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
8. You also have the option to select all examinations, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
9. To deselect all examinations, click on the red X at the top of the page.
10. Click the arrow button.
11. Click Close.

A pop-up message will show indicating a significant change to the structure of an existing course will be made and these changes are irreversible, and a list of options:

1. A new revision will be created - this new revision will only be available to newly enrolled learners, and existing learners will not be required to take the new revision. All learners will be given the new revision when the old version expires.
2. A new revision will be created - this new revision is available to newly enrolled learners and all enrolled learners who have not started the previous revision will be required to complete the new version.
3. The changes will be applied to all users in the current revision - this may change the compliance status for a number of users, be sure of the action you are taking before applying this.
4. A new revision will be created - all learners must complete the new revision, whether they are newly enrolled or already enrolled and regardless of the completion status must complete the new revision. Note that by selecting this option has a great potential to affect existing learner compliance statuses.
5. Please read through these points carefully, and make sure you have selected the correct option.
6. Click Save & Submit.
