How Do I Report on Data in the dulann Systems?

Reports allow users to view data from the system’s modules, displayed in a tabular format using rows and columns. The columns can be customised to show the specific information you wish to see. Reports can also be exported, allowing you to save a copy in a range of available formats. Additionally, you can perform calculations on operations within the Subcontractor module.

Filter and Export System Matrix

The System Matrix provides a quick overview of the data relating to individuals and subcontractors within the system. It allows you to view names, location(s), compliance status, associated documents, and their respective compliance status. This data can also be exported from the Matrix.

To Access the People Matrix System:

1. On the left column, go to People.
2. Click Matrix.

To Access the Subcontractor Matrix System:

1. On the left column, go to Subcontractors.
2. Click Matrix.

To Export Data From the Matrix:

1. Click Export at the top of the page – this will automatically export all of the data in the Matrix.

1. Click the Settings icon beside Export - this will allow you to filter what you want to export:

There are multiple options you can select from what you want to export.

These Options Include:

1. Documents: documents that have been assigned to people and their status will be exported.
2. Classroom Uploads: documents uploaded by learners and their status will be uploaded.
3. LMS: courses and lessons assigned to the people on the system and their status will be exported.

1. You can change the title by entering a new one into the text box.
2. Select the number of pages you want to export.
3. Select whether you want the view to be normal or condensed.
4. Select the format you want to export the data to.
5. When you have made your selections, click Export.
