How Do I Re-invite Subcontractor Administrators to the System?

You can re-invite subcontractor administrators to the system if they have forgotten their password and cannot log in.

1. On the left column, click Subcontractors.
2. Click Log in as in the Actions column beside the subcontractor whose administrator you wish to re-invite.
3. On the left column, go to Subcontractor users.
4. Click Re-Invite beside the Subcontractor Administrator you would like to re-invite.
5. A pop-up message will show asking if you are sure you want to send an email to the subcontractor, if you are sure, click Save & Submit.
