How Do I Assign Learning Paths to a User Role?

Learning Paths can be added to user roles to link the learning path to the role.

1. On the left column, go to 'Settings' and click 'User Roles'.
2. Click on the role you want to assign learning paths to.
3. Scroll down to the ‘Learning Paths’ section.
4. Click ‘Allocate/Deallocate Learning Paths’.
5. Two sections will show ‘Select to Add’ and ‘Select to Remove’ with a list of learning paths.
6. Tick the box(es) you wish to add/remove.
7. You also have the option to select all, click on the blue tick at the top of the page.
8. To deselect all, click on the red ‘X’ at the top of the page.
9. Click the arrow button.
10. Click 'Close'.

• The learning paths you have selected are now assigned to the user role.
