The Dashboards System
Dashboards are used to present data linked to the system, displaying information in the form of graphs and charts. They show both real-time and historical data, which is useful for identifying trends over time. Administrators can create and customise dashboards to display preferred data.
Most dashboard graphs are interactive and clickable, allowing users to pre-filter the system for selected data.
Chart Guide
The Chart Guide provides an overview of the types of charts that can be created. It includes examples to give a visual understanding of what each chart type can display. Users can select module-specific examples by clicking ‘Specific Modules’ and choosing the relevant module(s) from the dropdown menu.
Chart Types
The system supports several chart types:
Dashboard charts can be filtered to display more specific data. Filters can be saved permanently or applied temporarily.
Charts can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them to the desired location on the dashboard, but this requires ‘unlocking’ the dashboard first.
The system also allows dashboards to be printed as physical copies.
Multiple Dashboards – Private and Public
Multiple dashboards can be created to provide deeper insights into the system, tailored to specific modules.
Users can access these by clicking the ‘More’ button.
