Why am I Seeing a Compliance Status Warning When I Log In to my Portal?
System users may encounter a ‘Compliance Status Warning’ upon logging into their portal. This alert appears because they are not compliant within the system — either due to rejected or expired documents, or because required documents assigned to them are missing. Users will not be able to access any modules on their portal until they are fully compliant.
This message is displayed across all modules, with the exception of the system dashboard, where users can upload the necessary documents.
