How Do I Configure Trainee Document Types?
Adding trainee document types to the system can help categorise trainee documents.
- On the left side menu, go to ‘Settings’ and click ‘Trainee Document Types’.
- Click ‘New Trainee Document Type’.
- Enter the name and description.
- Select the Entity and Document Type from the dropdown options.
- The following options are provided:
- Required – the document is required for compliance
- Only .pdf are allowed – only .pdf file types are allowed
- Private – the document is only viewable by an administrator
- Expiry Required – an expiry date is required
- Enter the months and days default expiry date.
- Click ‘Save & Submit’.
- A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields.
- A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work.
