How Do I Configure a Simple Risk Assessment Type?

A Simple Risk Assessment is a streamlined process that allows for the partial de-energisation of equipment to carry out small, localised, and routine maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs. Simple Risk Assessment Types serve as templates for different categories of Risk Assessments.

1. On the left column, go to Settings and click R. Assessment Libraries.
2. Click Add Simple Risk Assessment Type.
3. Enter the Name, Description and Maximum Risk Rating.
4. Enter the Header Image.
5. Click Save & Submit.

1. A field with a red asterisk beside it means it is required and you will not be able to complete your work without filling in these fields i.e. name and maximum risk rating.

1. A field without a red asterisk beside it means the field is not required, although it may be helpful to fill these out to complete your work i.e. description and header image.
