Closed and Deleted Interventions Module Overview

The Closed and Deleted Interventions module is designed to manage interventions that are no longer active. These interventions have either been completed or removed from the system and are used solely for record-keeping and auditing purposes.

1. Closed Interventions: These are interventions that have been fully completed and are no longer active. They serve as a historical record of actions that have been taken and are important for auditing and compliance tracking.

1. Deleted Interventions: These are interventions that have been removed from the system, typically due to errors or changes in scope. Once deleted, they no longer appear in the Interventions module.

Both closed and deleted interventions are not visible in the Interventions module, but they remain accessible in the system for audit trails and historical reference.
