How Do I Add Personalised Data to Notifications?
The system's Notification feature is designed to communicate updates and changes to designated recipients. It supports personalisation through the use of tags, which can insert user-specific data into the message content. These tags are associated with the users in the selected recipient group, enabling dynamic and individualised notifications.
To add tags to a notification:
- On the left column, go to Notifications.
- Click on the notification you wish to add tags to.
- Select the tag from the dropdown option, which can be found below the Body section. Tags can only be added one at a time, as multiple tags cannot be selected from the dropdown options.
- Click Add Tag.
- The tag is shown in the email body at the end of the email. This can be moved to the preferred placement.
- When you have completed adding tags, click Save Changes.
