How Do I Add Personalised Data to Notifications?
Notifications are used to inform recipients about updates or changes within the system. The system allows you to include personalised data in notifications, such as using tags to insert user-specific information. Notification tags are linked to the users that are in the recipient group that is selected for the notification.
To add tags to a notification:
- On the left column, go to ‘Notifications’.
- Click on the notification you want to add tags to.
- Select the tag from the dropdown option, which can be found below the ‘Body’ section. Tags can only be added one at a time, as multiple tags cannot be selected from the dropdown options.
- Click ‘Add Tag’.
- The tag is shown in the email body at the end of the email. This can be moved to the preferred placement.
- When you have completed adding tags, click ‘Save Changes’.
