How Do I Access My Digitised Forms?


The Form Builder functionality allows users to create digital forms that can be completed directly within the system.


  1. On the left column, go to Settings and click Digitised Forms.
  2. Here, you will see a list of all of your saved forms.


The columns at the top of the page show:

  1. Name - the name of the form.
  2. Entity - where the form is relevant.
  3. Version - The version of the form, for example, if it is original or replaced.
  4. No. of Versions - how many versions of the form exist.
  5. Created On - the date the form was created.
  6. QR Code - this code can be used to download the form by scanning it. To access the code, click 'Generate QR'.
  7. Actions - you can delete the form here. Note - once the form is deleted it cannot be recovered.
  8. If you click on a form, you can change the name and description. You can also access the QR code here.
  9. You can search for a specific form using the search box in the top right of the page.
